ADMINISTRATION & ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT (m/f)
Join a team in International Import/Export Company, major player in manufacturing of digital TV equipment operating worldwide. This position will be responsible to:

  • Prepare all necessary invoices and documents for our bookkeeper on a daily basis.

  • To take care of the Administration declarations

  • Record all transactions in the purchase to pay process

  • Prepare bank reconciliations

  • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing

  • Respect internal accounting and reporting procedures

  • Maintain high quality operating standards, procedures and quality controls

  • Diverse executive secretarial and administrative tasks


The successful candidate will have:

  • Good oral and written communication.

  • Fluent in English and French. German, Spanish or Portuguese would be an advantage

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision

  • Very good PC skills in Word, Excel and Outlook

  • A minimum of 3 years relevant Executive assistance with knowledge of accounting.

  • Able to work accurately even when under pressure

  • Strong team player
